I have terrible back pain today, near the shoulders. I have endured the smell of efficasent oil but the effects are wearing off. And its only 10:47. Just learned too that despite the "promotion" my pay does not get promoted in the way I was thinking it would. Hay....

Patty, get well soon :) Try Salonpas strips... I'm not sure if they're any better though.
