reading one's friends page while drunk is a very... enlightening experience.

danny got a new bed.

he also convinced me to watch wild things. and i detest denise richards. so... yeah.

he made me lose my train of thought.

homemade ice cream is the shiznet.

so here's a random question. how did you go about getting info on supplements? is there a nice collected page that you'd recommend where i can get more info? i am looking for ways to make my body work better and not hurt all the time. :]

http://www.florahealth.com/flora/home/USA/HealthInformation/Encyclopedias/_Main.htm is ok -- it has the major, natural ones, but doesn't list some of the natural yet lab generated ones (like conjugated linoleic acid, which i take for inflammation reduction via adipose [aka fat storage] cells ( ... )

i can tell you this though: for your shoulder tension, you should start taking magnesium.

magnesium is like calcium, our bodies NEED it to function. it regulates muscle and bone health and our diets are woefully void of it. if you get any sort of muscle tension or cramps, especially due to stress, taking magnesium every day will make a huge difference. i can personally attest to this.

it's cheap and it's essential to healthy bodies. oh, and even though scientists know we need it, daily vitamins only have like 8% of your daily requirement, so it's worth it to just buy a bottle of magnesium citrate (citrate = better absorption).
