My mother is going out of town once again, which means we'll have to survive on ramen and cereal for another week or so. D: I'll be getting my check soon so perhaps I can eat out sometime ( Read more... )

I just read this last night, Ludwig is so much love! I found it funny when he turned the witch into a masochist and when Blue Beard didn't even notice he was a man. A room full of dead women preserved? Completely not out of the ordinary. ;P

I noticed on Akadot Retail that a second volume for the series just came out a month or so ago. I'm tempted to buy it, scan it, and share it with the hopes that somebody will translate it.

Fairy Cube's pretty good, of course it deals with more fairy tales. ^^

Oh, I was laughing hysterically when the witch turned into a masochist. Lovely crack! ♥ Ludwig's peculiar collection makes Cain poison obsession seem like collecting stamps, srsly.

Also, Kaori Yuki makes the best fucked up female characters ever! I don't tend to love most of her "normal, non-messed up" female characters too much (the one exception being Merryweather) so obviously I want more Lisette; I'm glad she's seemingly going to be somewhat of a recurring villain.

You should! ♥ ♥ Hopefully someone will see the pretty and translate! If not,we can always sleep with the scanlators. ;P we can at least look at the pretty and try to figure out what's going on. Which is better than having nothing, I suppose.

By the way, have you finished reading Cain already? (With the textual translations, of course, because CLEARLY the scanlator fails at life.) Just curious.

I'm being all weird with Cain, I've read the first seven volumes several times already but I'm still not completely finished reading it. I have around the last three volumes to go (although I've read chunks of them as well).

Oh Lisette, that's Little Red Riding Hood, right? Ludwig royally fucked her over. He should take a cue from Cain and make sure that his rivals are dead.

Ludwig is love though. He wears hotpants, has a high ponytail and long nails, plus a very accurate boob radar. XD

Whenever I make my next manga order I may get the first two volumes. We're not exactly sure they scanlated all of the first volume, are we? :/

Reading all this Yuki Kaori stuff makes me want to go down to the library and check out some Brothers Grimm. You get such watered down versions throughout your child hood. :O

Actually, that's better because in a way you can enjoy the series a little bit more. Even if you already know the ending, I'm sure some little details will pop out and surprise you. Indeed, enjoy it while it lasts! I really regret reading it so fast and then just suddenly realizing that that was it! ;o; I should've realized sooner that Kaori isn't like CLAMP and that seemingly we won't be seeing more of Cain and Riff anymore because there's no crossover/fanservice galore series for Yuki Kaori's works. D8 Though I vote for a crossover Yuki Kaori manga! With Merryweather and Oscar as the main characters (not Setsuna and Sara, k?) and some gay original characters, yay! :P ( ... )

Oh wow, that sounds like a great story. I'm downloading it right now. XD Yeah for fubar fairy tales.

I'm so excited about the new chapter of Kobato. Kobato.'s really such a great series.

Yay! It's oh so fucked up and pretty! The crack isn't lacking, either. I've been reading about fairy tales on Wiki all day long, heh! 8D

You know, taking into account the leaked spoilers, I'm really starting to believe that Yuuko has something to do with Kobato's task. Or maybe not but still, the whole bottle thing really does sound so Yuuko-esque!
