Hollywood is a large city that the Wilderness has turned into. There are a lot of restaurants... hotels... shops.

There's always something to do! And Hollywood is what the Wilderness is right now. There are a lot of shops that sell really interesting stuff and some museums.

Most people start by exploring the Wilderness' shifts to see how it's changed. What you do there depends what you find, and what you care about.

Yes. Though to be more accurate, it's not a question of permission; if you venture into the Wilderness alone, you won't be able to locate the elevator again without a companion. I don't know why it happens that way, but it does.
