Or possibly the worst. Argh, men. If they weren't so much fun (and nice to look at), Lois would honestly write them all off as hopeless.
After thinking about it for a moment, she smiles and swings her legs off the couch to go open the window. She smiles at him--she can't help it, it always warms her a little to realize he's here to talk to her. "Hi."

Lois starts for a moment before moving and waving him inside. "Of course," she calls over her shoulder as she makes a bee-line for her ice cream again. "I hope everything's okay? Even CNN seems to think the world's still standing, at least."

He kisses a path down her jaw to her neck, his hands caressing her sides. He's confident that if she wants him to stop, she'll say something. She's not exactly shy.
