That's just... I don't even know. The only way I could see this being anything but horribly creepy and nonsensical is if it's supposed to be an Aman/Priya (his doctor in KHNH) fic that ends in tragedy when Priya's attempt at giving Aman a heart transplant fails due to some really heinous complications.
