My game is punishing me for trying to have more than 8 sims in the house... During the loading screen, all my sims showed up. But once I got into the house, I realized that the puppies had disappeared. Cymoril and Xenu have no memory or family history of the damn things. It's the same thing that happened with the missing Eli child

I wish I knew but I have no idea. You have my sympathies though. All these exploding games! Must be the season or something. Are they still showing up in SimPE? Or are their character files completely gone?

Completely gone. They didn't show up in SimPE either. I'm trying a new multi-sim mod and praying. Otherwise, back to the drawing board...

Although I wonder if maybe I just have too many downloads, I read somewhere that sims will randomly delete if your dl folder is overwhelmed. =/

Really? I've never heard of that. Then again, there's lots of things I'm suddenly running into that I'd never heard of since starting a legacy family. I guess I never stressed my game seriously enough until I started getting so many sims in one family tree (or in one lot).
