Alert Mangalore cops

Yesterday evening I was returning home via PVS Junction where I spotted couple of cops who were either questioning or ticketing a bike fellow. A yell away at Besant junction another cop reads my number and asks me to pull over. I do so and the question marks around my face are very obvious and he asks "Where you speaking on the mobile?" "No I wasn'
