"What is your biggest weakness?" and then explain it and how you'll overcome it.
Also, "What's a current issue in medicine?" followed by explanation, your viewpoint, and probable ways to ameliorate the problem.
I also had to do some calculations to give the correct medical dosage without freaking out. And if your prospective medical school has an honor code/any other type of code, make sure you've read up on it and are willing to talk about your views or how it might affect you as a future student. Same for whatever "catch" the school has (ie: PBL program, lots of research opportunities, great technology, etc.).

Seriously. I think "Why not a nurse," and professionalism are especially important. "What was the last book you read" is an excellent time to show that you have a wide range of interests.
