hey, im with you on this one. i actually just got done visiting manipal university in mangalore, india. i definitely recommend practicing here, however. although we both share the same mindset--go to india and be more agressive and finish it quicker--it doesn't translate to real life. all the students there recommended that i just do all my years here because first preference always goes to those that studied here. it's very difficult to get into med school from india
