I didn't save the PSD but I'm pretty sure it's this tutorial here (http://prelusion.livejournal.com/6201.html#cutid1) except I replaced the green layer with a bright blue one. I also took out the dark blue exclusion layer and added a Selective Color layer with settigs something like this:
Neutral: +52, 0, -12, 0

I think I even lowered the opacity on the brown exclusion layer a bit.

These are all just guesses but I tried it out and what I got is pretty much exactly the same.

Did that all make sense or did I explain it badly?
