I wish I could say that I have a plethora of interesting and phenomenal stories to tell in the 6 months I've been away. The fact of the matter is, there's been nothing to write. Follow up
To complete the week, I went to a wedding reception last night, where I was assaulted by a girl I knew in high school, and have seen 2 or 3 times since then. She came up, asked what we (yes, Jacob was there with me) were up to, and then exclaimed "It looks like you guys are expecting!" and gestured to my stomach ( Read more... ) -
In a double whammy...
Got asked today:
"Are you expecting?"
I said: "No, I'm just fat."
"Oh, um, wow, I'm sorry, I just made you feel bad and I feel stupid and..."
"You know, I'm really busy, I've got to go."
Cue phone hang up.
