HTG.81 Kids... it's not good for me.

I keep buying things even though they're size 5 and Izze's only just barely size 3.

It's ridiculous. The tanks though? If I put them over leggings and put a tighter fitting tank under it fits more like a dress.

They're from Forever 21, they have a kids section called HTG.81 Kids. The sizes don't start until 5. But the tighter fitting things can fit Izze just looser and baggier.
