if you`re pregnant, bleeding, & there`s clots, you should go back to the hospital. it could be because of your endometriosis but just to be doubly sure i`d go back & get checked out.

Thanks for the comment. I would but since I'm not constantly bleeding I'm not sure.. The clotting happened at work after some strenuous work and heavy lifting so maybe thats why? But the bleeding seems to be random.
I'm prob def going to call my dr Monday if the clotting happens over the weekend while I'm off..

Agreed.

Bleeding with clots during a pregnancy is not a good sign and most doctors would recommend that you go to the ER asap to get your levels checked and an ultrasound.

I do not have endometriosis, but in both my third and fourth (current) pregnancies I have had a subchorionic hematoma that led to occasional bleeding, including sometimes fairly heavy bleeding and/or clots. The bleeding continued until 20 weeks with my third, and my last bit with this pregnancy was about 21 weeks, although it lightened up significantly as the pregnancy went along. My third pregnancy resulted in a nice, fat baby born at 40w5d, and this one is progressing well also. I would recommend contacting your provider on Monday and ask their opinion.
