My story with my 1st is very similar to yours. My blood pressure stayed high (150's-160's/90's-100's) for quite a while, it didn't go back to normal until nearly 8 weeks. I was also on Labatelol. Anyway - it'll get better and congrats, your daughter is beautiful!
