Definitely call the education department of your hospital. When I took a childbirth class when I was pregnant with my DD there were a couple of women who were on bedrest but were allowed to come to the class as an exception. I'd see if your hospital has anything they can do for you.

I was threatened with bedrest on my first pregnancy but it never came to be (had hypertension)... But my guess other than googling childbirth vids (which I am sure are somewhere online), I would Netflix it.. There are tons of childbirth/rearing videos on Netflix that you can watch..

One great thing I did while I was pregnant with my first son was a picture scrapbook of all the relatives starting with great grandparents and down even to the animals and we he was born, etc... All that's required is old photograph, some scrapbookie stuff and you are good to go.. It's now his favorite book at 2 1/2.. And I plan to make another one for my newborn boy...

Be well!

I know a ton of CBEs and just about all of them offer personalized individual classes for people in situations just like yours. Look for local doulas and educators, and call around. I'm sure someone will be happy to help you out. :)
