Give it a go! For me it wasn't anything near as bad as I anticipated and right when I thought I just couldn't take it anymore it was over 20 minutes later lol. Definitely give the gas a go before anything, though.. some people say it doesn't help at all but I found it really helped me to get through! Best of luck :)
