I think for it to be a hemorrhoid it has to be in or right on the anus.

It could be a rash from wiping, ingrown hair, funky pimple? Your doctor should be able to give you a real answer once they see it.

Hopefully it isn't a hemorrhoid.

i had something sort of like that, but it was like, a white "sac" type thing, it was after I had my son, but it was right in the area it seems like you are talking about. I googled mine, and asked around online, and people said it was probably a skin tag. It's gone now, it just kind of left of it's own.

It could be a skin tag or an ingrown hair.

Hemorrhoids will be in or on your anus. This doesn't sound like a hemorrhoid. It sounds like it could be cystic acne, which will go away-- stop playing with it, or like it could be a hernia, which you need to see your doctor about.

This, it sounds exactly like cystic acne to me which would easily be caused by the moisture and irritation. They turn blue/purple OFTEN before rupturing.

Yeah, I'm really prone to them and get them occasionally on my mons, inner thighs, and underarms. I've never had one right where the OP has it, but it's not unheard of-- anywhere you have pores. My hormones being crazy can make them come up, too. I got one on my face the other day, during a round of Clomid, and I never get facial acne.

OP-- sometimes they burst, sometimes they just go away (tea tree oil really helps them just to subside). Never squeeze them because it'll likely just break under the skin, causing infection to seep out into surrounding tissue.
