that's right around when i started getting uncomfortable too - especially with my breathing. My lungs were super squished as well so i know what you're going through.

Unfortunately as far as I was concerned, i pretty much stayed uncomfortable the whole time until recently. The baby dropped at 32 weeks and it was SO great because i can finally breathe again (of course now there's a TON of pressure in my pelvis lol but that's seriously way more preferable to me over the breathing problems).

I definitely come home every day, put on comfortable pants and nap. It just has stayed like that the whole time for me :(

i hope you find some relief...at least as it gets cooler out it should be a little easier

Yes I want it to get cooler sooo bad! Texas is way too hot for a newb resident/mother!

oh my i can't imagine the Texas heat. It's been a record breaking summer where i live (PA) but thankfully the worst seems to be over. I literally cried one day when I was out because i was just SO HOT i couldn't handle it anymore.

I really hope that you get some relief soon! Cool baths at night and stretching twice a day have both really helped me find some relief from pain and general discomfort

It comes and goes for me. I'm coming up on 36 weeks and felt worse weeks 20-30 than these last few ones. But then there are some days where simply sitting down on a toilet to pee hurts.

It also gets harder to breathe because your blood volume has increased so much, and it takes more effort to oxygenate it all.

I'm at the point where too much activity will feel stressful on my ligaments, but am generally feeling pretty well. But the discomfort does just increase as you get larger. Keeping up with moderate activity seems to be the best thing you can do.

I forgot about the increased blood volume. I really think she moved back down last night (thankfully!), she must have heard me begging. :)

It changes when the baby drops, you'll have a small respite but then her feets will start kicking and pushing in weird places until near the end you are convinced there is no room AT ALL yet you have two weeks to go. ;)
