Summer Pregnancy

I'm in New Jersey. Apparently we're in a heat wave.

Monday: High of 99
Tuesday: High of 101
Wednesday: High of 97

This is not the weather to be 6 months pregnant. Of course I could be 8 or 9 months I guess.

I told my SO that our next baby will be a March-May baby :P

I hear ya! We're in a bit of a heat wave here as well - the last few days have felt like 40 degrees or more with the humidity (that's 104F and up). Thank goodness my apartment has air conditioning! I know it's going to be rough when I'm further along (I'm 6 months now too) but we'll be moving back home where my MIL has a pool and my mother lives 10 minutes from the beach. That will be helpful :)

Just found out that it'll be 103 in DC Tuesday & Wednesday so I feel a bit better.

I must say, I'm much happier being pregnant in the head than if I had a newborn, especially since we only have one window unit that is really inefficient and expensive to run.

Yeah, I'm in DC and will be 35 weeks tomorrow. 103 is not okay! =) I was sweating soo bad tonight for the fourth of July. But I think it was worth it.

I know it always sucks to be super pregnant in the summer, but last month was the hottest ever here (or at least that's what I heard!)...so it's hard to not complain about it. I am so glad to have good air conditioning, but my workplace has pretty mediocre ac, so it's pretty unpleasant.

Let's hope for the following week of July to be muuuuch cooler for everyone!

I'm 7 weeks and never thought the heat would bother me this early on. It makes me want to puuuuke! :(
