nausea triggers

Anyone in here notice that if they get too warm/hot they start to feel instantly nauseous? I am 20w3d and I've felt generally great since I hit the 17week or so mark, but if I get hot I get sick. I don't get sick, but I get the nauseous stomach churns if the shower gets too hot & steamy. Hot rooms don't seem to do it yet, but I'll also be spending my last trimester in the Vegas summer, so we'll see if that changes. :P

My trigger is walking.

Walking to and from work I gag. I went walking to the store with hubby and gagged.

Just thinking about walking and I kind of want to gag.

I don't get it. What does baby have against walking?

I was in the early second trimester when we had a hideous heat wave (it was 39-43C) and I definitely felt sick.
