I had them last time and have them this time too. Try to take it easy with the wiping to give it a chance to relax/heal/stop being irritated.
I pushed my baby just fine with them, in fact they went away until this pregnancy.
Mine did get worse/hurt for a few days after sex, so try to take it easy in that department.
Definitely don't think it will rupture if you bounce on the ball.

I get em all the time. Ill try to answer a few questions :)

2.) Can I still bounce on my birthing ball? It's not going to rupture?

No, they wont rupture, and sitting on the ball might even be even more comfortable than sitting in a chair. I doubt it will make it worse.

3.) Sex? I don't hurt or itch, and it's relatively small from what the hubby described it to be, since we took a peek, but the doc advised last week to have sex to help get labor/dilation possibly helped out.

Sex is fine, go for it.

5.) Using Prep H right now, I dont feel any different since I didn't really notice it until after the bathroom, but... how long do they take to go away?

Might take about a week! Try "Dermoplast" its a medicated spray, its godly.. heh. Also use vaginal wipes/prep h wipes to clean yourself. If you leave any poo residue on it it makes it 10x worse. Also the wipes feel SO good instead of harsh toilet paper.

Calm down, its nothing bad. I got them from recovering from surgery last year (tonsillectomy) thanks to my medicines messing with my system and making me constipated. I get them now with pregnancy. You'll be fin!

I got hemorrhoids during my 2nd pregnancy. I also had a VBAC. I didn't have any issues with it while I was pushing. Mine went away pretty quickly after giving birth.
