I've had so many problems, too, my dear. I have been anemic for years so I had to get lots of blood work (my worst fear) and only finally has my iron been doing good. 34 weeks, 6 days later I finally have started to have decent iron levels haha.

I've been screaming "what's wrong with my body" since I was about 10 weeks. Hang in there, hon. It's all going to be worth every pain and every emotion in the end. <3

I'm sorry you've been having problems. I had a high-risk pregnancy with my first and ended up delivering just before 37 weeks. High-risk pregnancies are stressful, but you'll be okay. Just wanted to let you know that you aren't alone. I hope you feel better!

Personally I think that the GD testing is oftentimes a lot of bunk. The amount of raw glucose they have you ingest for the test is no way reflective of the amount of sugars in a normal person's diet. Of course some people are going to react to it weird! I tested high on my GD tests as well, but since I've been monitoring my glucose based off my regular daily diet the numbers have always stayed low and I have yet to change anything I was doing before.

Hang in there. Baby is fine as you said, and that's the important thing to think about right now while you do whatever you need to do to help your body be fine as well.

I agree. Just wanted to add that after my GD test, my levels were very very low...well under the normal range. So low my doctor was surprised I hadn't fainted or had major problems during the test. In fact, I felt just fine. So of course it is great to err on the side of caution and take care of your body and eat right, but it is indeed a crazy little test!

There is a cyst on the umbilical chord, and a subchorionic hemorrhage on the placenta. So far the baby looks okay but these this are huge red flags that require more frequent monitoring. Weird stuff happens when you're pregnant, it's a hard process for your body. Try to relax. Things are usually fine in the end.
