RRL tones the uterus to make contractions more effective once you are in labor; it won't cause you to go into labor before your body is ready.

What warnings are you referring to? I've been really confused with all the talk about raspberry leaf tea worries and needing to build up to it lately; it's just silly. My mother in law has been a practicing naturopathic physician for many years and she told me to drink up to a gallon of raspberry leaf tea a day if I feel up to it (I make a gallon and stick it in the fridge). It's a uterine tonic, which is a good thing! You really can't have enough of it in pregnancy (and even afterward, it helps the uterus shrink down faster). Is it possible the tea you're drinking with mixed herbs has a warning because of some other herb in it?

All of this!

I drank it through my entire pregnancy. I took it easy during the first trimester because I was paranoid (I had a 12 week miscarriage about 6 weeks before I conceived my son) but once I hit 14ish weeks I chugged it daily.

RRL is GOOD for you to be drinking now. Drink lots and lots of it if you can. It helps tone your uterus; it does not induce labour.
