I was told after two of my births that it's clots the size of lemons and lots of them being passed that it's time to worry.

I had my baby around the time you did and have passed one large clot so far without any problems since. I wouldnt worry if its only been once.

How has your activity level been lately? If you've been more active that could be whats making the bleeding worse and maybe you should rest a bit.

I passed two large clots...one of them being the size of a baseball. I called my midwife and she told me that if I wasn't soaking a pad or had pain, that it's not a big deal. I passed another one a day or two after the first and still let it go because I wasn't bleeding heavy or in pain and I'm fine.

You should be okay if you're not bleeding or in pain but it can never hurt to call the doctor and ask.

I was told larger than a ping pong ball to call. I passed a large clot, but I also was feeling AWFUL!!! I went in to the dr at about the same time and I had an infection and was admitted to the hospital. For me, it wasn't so much the clot, but the fact that I was feeling so bad. My hemoglobin was 8 and I had an infection, so maybe just go in and get checked to ease your mind? Good luck!
