Permission? [open to capeandcowl]

As out of character as this sounds, Emma Frost needs permission to read your mind since she's a telepath and all. I'll be using her telepathy very sparingly, though. And if I ever do read someone's mind, I'll probably consult the person over AIM to make sure everything seems in character.

So, here goes.

c&c, permissions, ooc

Harley Quinn, Nite Owl, Harry Osborn, and Booster Gold are all free. However, Cable is a big no-no.

I thiiink the rule as far as Logan goes is: if he wants her to be able to read his mind, she can. He's also more or less used to receiving orders and so on from her, so he'll be fairly receptive.

You have permission to use your powers on Quicksilver, Archangel, Shatterstar, and Karma. Usually I'm a little less lenient with Karma, but since I'm taking her from Manifest Destiny and her whole thing with Emma went on there, I am still giving you permission to use them on her -- just keep in mind she has psychic defenses. :)

feel free to read the minds of: terrance ward/trauma, giovanni, kakei shun, and melee.

caveats with trauma include that he's a specialized mind-reader who only reads fears, so his mind is constantly full of the worst fears of everyone around him.

caveats with giovanni: he has a violent berserker mode personality (the "black dog") that lays dormant inside his head, but will possibly lash out if provoked.

teddy altman;
FAIR GAME.

mazikeen;
isn't herself a telepath, but keeps herself psyonically warded through magic. she should be, for the most part, hard to read. however, if emma ever feels it necessary to do so and really exerts herself, she most likely should be able to.

GLaDOS;
like teddy, should be easy to read fairly quickly. however, given the fact that she is actually a machine made human, emma maybe disoriented by the way her mind works. she is almost constantly connected to the network and processing all of the information on there. her sentience is broken down into three major personality schemas which all talk at the same time (cake -- or intelligence, curiosity and anger). cake sounds like a boring machine voice rattling off facts, curiosity sounds like a small child perpetually asking questions, and anger sounds like a rabid animal snarling and sniveling. also a sizeable percentage of her thoughts occur in binary or other computational code.
