Here is my view on this battle...

Cure Flora is extremely agile and fast, she also holds a nice variety of attacks. However, I think Cure Moonlight would take the win her. She holds more experience in fighting alone, she has the ability to fly, her attacks are both offensive and defensive and to top it she hold physical strength on top. Cure Flora would definitely make Cure Moonlight work hard for her victory, but in the end she would fall to Moonlight's greater powers and experience.

Please not Moonlight, please not Moonlight, please not Moonlight

The blatant favoritism the fandom has for Heartcatch and especially Moonlight is so annoying. Yes, Moonlight is strong, but there are multiple other strong Cures in series. Off the top of my head example being Cure Scarlet who faced Moonlight in first round. The only reason why people like Heartcatch and Moonlight is because they both have darker themes compared to others. There are many strong Cures without dark past, but they don't get a second look at them. Felice is literally goddess reincarnated, wielding the most powerful element and is able to use magic with no training, an equivalent to us Muggles being able to cite Shakespeare or solve difficult math problems with no prior knowledge. She's strong, but she lost because she wasn't popular enough.

Tl;dr - Heartcatch and Moonlight are overrated, other Cures are underrated. GO FLORA!!!

I couldn't agree more tbh. Even tho neptine definitely probably wanted this to be a "who is stronger" poll and not a "POPULARITY POLL", it really seems to me that it ended up being a popularity poll. The Heartcatch Cures all ended up... being the last team with members still around. If that wasn't favouritism then I don't know what is. Plus like you said, Felice, Scarlet, Dream, Black and many other Cures are very strong but ended up not even making it cause they weren't popular enough. Granted, there is really nothing you can do to stop this being a popularity poll. There is literally nothing as you can't stop anyone from wanting their favourites to win ( ... )

Looking at the past competitions, first one was won by Moonlight, second one was unfinished, but Moonlight had won by major difference and would have went to final battle against Cure Dream and Cure Black, and this one includes Moonlight vs Flora in finale, which Miraculously is not yet Moonlight: 30 Other: 9, Flora is actually winning this. Hope it keeps up.

To be honest, Cure Moonlight is not overrated, she's indeed strong in many ways, but Cure Flora also has the strenght that can't be compared to Cure Moonlight, this final round is really hard, both are my favorites, but I can't do nothing but choose only one.. So, the strongest one is...

Cure Flora. I'm so sorry Moonlight, but I think Flora deserve the crown.

TBH I feel both of these seasons are overated, I feel that HeartCatch, generally speaking, is overated while going deep into the fandom Princess PreCure is seen as a better written season. Cure Moonlight isn’t my favorite Cure (I don’t hate her, but I feel she steals the spotlight from Blossom) but I think she could win. I honestly feel mentally Flora would win because I feel members of HeartCatch is an example of a team that needs each Cure to help the other push on! Flora honestly can deal with situations on her own so for that reason I am voting for Flora!

Both Flora and Moonlight are the strongest cures in the series overall, so of course they would be in the final round.

Popularity doesn't have anytghing to do with it.
