I liked 2 incidents - one at Rome and other at Salzburg.
I would be easy on the Salzburg incident coz of the difference in the US and European accent.
But no doubt, you screwed it up big time in the lift :P Thats the way everything starts :D. Ask the experienced ;) Atleast pehchaan toh ho jaati :) And then the lift was not fast enuff toh thodi aur baatein bhi ho jaati :D

The accent was Australian, actually. All the experience of listening to Slater and Chappel and Healy for nothing!
