Spring, in Sweden, is very short. It's a blink-and-you've-missed-it transition period between the cold winter and the summer. It's when you see the first burst of colors: fields covered with green grass interspersed with bursts of yellow dandelions. You can hear lawn-movers

Thanks! Yeah, it was over before I could realize it! When I went to Hamburg, it was still cold and white! By the time I came back a week later, things were barely recognizable! :)

beautiful! the roe deer eat the tulips in my backyard so i never get to see mine. :)

Wow! The deer come into your backyard?? I've seen deer only on a couple of occasions, but what I do see fairly often are hares! Big ones! Huge ones even! Some of them seem too heavy to even hop! :P

I love tulips and that is one flower I hardly ever see in Spain, at least here in our hot hot south. I love them!
