OK, last night went to see the Pogues. Then today going out to eat dinner with Tracy and then to a show with Jen at Annie's. Then going to some show on Friday. Then my friends from Colorado are visiting on Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday seeing Sara at some sports bar to watch football and then going to eat dinner with Valerie and Tyler, and

I feel out of control, seriously. I need to gain some back, I am going to work out this evening. Need to get some clarity.

Break-up + going out last night + going out tonight + going out tomorrow + going out saturday and sunday + GOING OUT ON MONDAY. just feel a little loss of control.
