I figured I'd share this recipe, mostly because it's really very tasty. And everyone should enjoy a delightful tasty bread on occasion, right?

While we're at it, I shall write down my pasta salad that I am making tonight. Quite easy:

tri-colored rotini - boil it, let it get cold in fridge before you make salad. this salad is not that tasty warm

1 red bell pepper - preferably diced

jar of artichoke hearts - put in bowl

olives - this time I'm mixing black, green, and kalamata

feta cheese - I usually use the tomato and basil kind

sometimes I put hearts of palm in there

put in bowl and add Greek feta salad dressing.

I'm mixing it up at bit this time and I'm gonna add grape leaves for fun. It's simple but tasty. I think I will make cous cous on the side as well.

That does sound yummy!

I've never had hearts of palm, what do they taste like?

Thanks for the recipe gidget1012 October 13 2006, 22:16:10 UTC
mmmm.... pumpkin bread. I may have to make a trip to the grocery. I have also made zucchini bread before. You don't really taste the zucchini but it make a very moist, dense cake that is great with strawberries and whipped cream. YUM!

PS - I LOVE the Alton Brown icons. He is my fav on Food Net.
