Spring Regency Dress Progress

I keep meaning to post about my current project~! Soooo, I am!

May 18th there's a Regency Ball celebrating the 200th anniversary of Pride & Prejudice to which I'm going. Nervous about the dancing bit, but lots of lovely ladies in Regency wear?

I'm interested to know what you think of the pattern! I have it on my wishlist, since I have two lengths of fabric destined to be sheer Regency dresses, but yeah that price tag is ouchy. :D

You can totally try mine out if you want!
So far I like the Sense & Sensibility pattern better, aesthetically and for ease of use.

The Sense & Sensibility pattern is what I used for my blue stripey dress, but I modified that too. But in general thus far I like it better.

It's not done yet! I did draft the upper petal part of the sleeve and make those over the weekend, but haven't attached them. I'm hoping to do that tonight and draft the undersleeve.

I will be posting more!

How are you so talented. It looks like it's coming along so well. The pink muslin looks very pretty. I cannot wait to see it next to the blue.

The Pride and Prejudice party also sounds like fantastic fun.

Almost done now!

It's totally not the look I was going for originally, but I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out :D
