Aka the bum/emo master.

I'm not particularly fond of this version of the Master but I'd bleached my hair and then I had roots and well, I just had to. I wasn't able to find a Doctor to take pics with me but Oscar was totally awesome and took pics.

That scenery is amazing!

And I get you about the distressing....any time I think I've done enough to a costume (distressing, painting, beading, dying), pictures will prove that I should have done more.
