So the show is currently on hiatus. The only word we have on when it will end are "back later this summer" from Saban's Social Media Intern, who also promised us reruns of old seasons on Nicktoons in October, and has been promising that all will be reveal0ed re: any question regarding the rangers' origin story, so ( Read more... )

The series has been kinda bland to me. I mean, sometimes I'll get really excited, only to be disappointed by the next episode. Take Unexpected Arrival. The ending made everything look really promising. And then we got Room For One More.

What did I like from this series... You know. I don't know. Antonio is kinda okay. At least it feels like he has a personality? But I'm not exactly liking any of the characters or the villains. I wish the mecha talked. Maybe then I would like them. Unless they had no personality either :(

I remember hating this season when it started out. It just felt like a rush production and there were so many things that went wrong. Then as it went a long, it grew on me. The actors slipped into character and the story became more engaging to me. I mean, it's still power rangers but I'm just having fun with the story line now. Which is what matters.

I'm also happy that it seems like they're going college age for the characters.
I kind of hate it when they seem like they're beyond high school and they throw in the "teenagers" bit. I mean, they're still teenagers, but they're late teens.

Antonio is easily my favorite character. I don't know, maybe it's because he is a character where is motivations are shown or the fact I love the over the top ham Ranger warrior. Regardless, I've noticed a real like for the character.

I guess the things I would change would be showing the first two episodes. I know that the networked wanted to start with a bang but the story wasn't meant to start in medias res. It clearly has the standard three ( ... )

I'm not loving this season but I don't hate with a passion like some people. I think Jayden is becoming an interesting character.

The girls unfortunately are a low point for me. Mia hasn't had any focus what so ever and Emily can be a bit grating at times.
