Personality Field: Because we hardly get to see Zaizen at all in canon, maybe some of what I wrote below might be a bit off, or fanon-viewed, but that's all I had to work with, so...

Zaizen is one of those "lazy genius" type that do not tend to care at all about the people around him. He's a "my pace" kind of guy who does whatever he wishes regardless of what other people around him think of his actions. To the few that he does care about, he'll probably put up an indifferent front, too, unless they're alone, or if the situation warrants it otherwise.

Personality Field: Yagyuu is pretty much a gentleman to everyone, and he doesn't like to disappoint people. He also excels in academics and knows a few other languages. He likes reading mystery novels and figuring things out. Yagyuu likes to golf. When Yagyuu is requested to do something, he doesn't let distractions get the better of him and completes his tasks smoothingly. Sometimes he worries for people more than he's supposed to because of his kind demeanor.
