To Do

Mar 14, 2011 09:48

I'm sitting on my ass, eating a donut, writing Twific and thinking of all the things I should be doing instead. That's not very productive. Alas, the first step to getting work you don't want to do done is making a To Do List, so you can strike things out as you go.

- Make To Do List

- Proof read the procrastination paper.

- Finally get my ass ( Read more... )

work is a necessary evil, school teaches you to sleep sitting up, real life, lists are so very neat, things that need to be done

Great. Now I have pie cravings, and the store's already closed. Like I said, epic suckage. :(

Is it wrong that that cheers me up more than the pie did?

Things to pack for London: Warm clothes. Umbrella. Unless it decides to be a warm-ish day of course. but warm clothes and probably an umbrella :)

Yeah, those are on any and all lists. :) Still need to find something lighter than my winter coat to take, though...

The list thing is more about the details. Like, it's perfectly possible that I take my mobile and forget the charger or something like that.

Yeah its in that weird zone between needing a full winter coat and wearing padded/fleecy sleeveless jackets and a sweater.

Sometimes it gets like that till sometime in May when between one day and the next it warms up to such an extent that the switch between needing a sweater and walking around in a t-shirt almost gives you whiplash.. :)

The number of times I've managed to go away with a barely charged mobile but without the charger, frighten even me...

And then there was the two week vacation where I forgot my camera charger, the beach holiday without a swim suit, the holiday in South Africa with no shorts... The list is kind of endless.

Hence my habit of making lists for everything. I like lists. They're very neat. :)
