After seven, read my lips, seven aborted tries at writing Raleigh Becket, two tries at Herc Hanson and a minor nervous breakdown caused by not being able to write in the fandom I'm currently a bit nuts about, I switched to Chuck Hansen and, bam, off we go ( Read more... )

I really enjoyed the new Wolverine movie. I'd experienced some of that 'new' storyline already (Anime) and thought it was interesting.

Can't really say anything else without spoiling you. He was pretty IC I think.

I would totally drag you to it if we didn't live so far apart.

And I'd totally let myself be dragged.

Is it sad that I'm far more interested in seeing 'The World's End' rather 'Wolverine'?

I thought the last Wolverine movie was absolute crap so I'm waiting on Redbox or Netflix for this one.

I just watched the trailer for The World's End and have come to the conclusion that I can't watch it in public because I'll spend most of it squeaking and screaming in undignified ways.

It's going to be awesome.

And you're right, it does sound better than Wolverine.

I kind of adore Simon Pegg and have the oddest crush on him. I've had crushes on worst people though so I'm not going to complain. ;)

I love me some Wolverine, but I was terribly let down previously so it makes me cautious.

.... I liked the new Wolverine movie better than X3, at least? I prefer to believe that one never happened; but by the end of The Wolverine (and its credits tag) I was at least ready to move on with the series again. *shrug* YMMV on what it means to you.

Since X3 was pretty much a crime against humanity, that's not a ringing endorsement...
