It makes me sad that people can't make non-bad omelettes! It is not so difficult.

Agreed. I have made many omelettes in my life, and even when I was just learning, none of them tasted like dog...

Well I had a bit of both opf them to see if it was her jsut being too picky and indeed they were wretched. Tasted like an old sponge you left soaking at the bottom of the bathtub one month too long. it was a question of texture too..
