Vegan pancakes are tasty. I don't have the exact recipe to hand as I'm at work (internet at home is broken) but you replace the milk with soy milk and the egg with banana. They're yummy. But I agree - not a fan of the maple syrup. Lemon and sugar every time...

Ah. Doesn't sound like I'd enjoy them, then - see my previous comments about my aversion to bananas. Never mind.
