Well folks, any takers on the co-habition of a Quebecois farm for a few days? I have heard a few murmurs of interest, but I have had no committed paties as of yet ( Read more... )

Geez, I really should.. it would involve just giving up one 4-hour optional shift at work.. Where is it again? what's the scoop?

Oh wait..this is the weekend my aunt/cousins from Winnipeg are coming. Sorry.. I would have liked to have gone, I need to get out of stink town more :(

I feel your pain. My aunt/uncle/three young cousins from Ireland were in town the last few days and I am just ever so slightly spent. The farm is only a 1.5 hour bike ride from Ottawa if you feel the need to escape and come rambling in the forest with me and Oscar. I might be riding in on thursday or friday for the afternoon should you wish to tag along. Also I am working in the west-end as of late as an apprentice (Byron and Holland) so If you are home and free for lunch on wednesday we could meet for a river-side samosa or fresh bagel.

Hey, where is it, then? I could maybe drive up sometime, I do have access to family vehicles (I just don't like driving much).

As for wednesday.. I have to work 10-2, it's part of my regular 8 hours/wk job :(

What does "all week" really mean? You could be feeding chickens by sundown on friday night if you really want to. Honest to g_d chickens. Literally flapping all over the place and pooping in your hair. We can make this happen. Chickens! think about it. I might harass your household at some point by phone.
