Bad weather's here, though the power's back on, thank goodness. Just hoping it stays on. Kind of hard to run a press without electricity nowadays!

It's not fun weather - you just learn to endure it after a while. It's more annoying than anything - spending 45 minutes chipping ice off my car windows and prizing the frozen doors open after the first wave of freezing rain. Just praying the power stays on - it's bone-chilling out there.

And I know what you mean about the phone even on vibrate being embarrassing. It was a funeral. I still cring.

I know! The vibrate setting is less intrusive, but in times of total silence, it's just as loud as a normal ring tone. A funeral, ouch!

I couldn't imagine my Mom being any other way! Stay warm, yourself!
