i don't get the heigl hatred. yes, she says what she is thinking, but i think most of the time the people she calls out deserve it... the burke thing, the emmy thing ... (not in the 17-hour-workday case, that really seemed weird)
she is a very good actress in my opinion. i wish she would choose different movies though, knocked up was barely watchable. as far as i could see from the ausiello post, she was ready to go back on the grey's set, but they never called her back. they should have let her go at the end of last season ... since then she was dead set on getting fired from ... looks like her wish was granted. i will miss izzie. i always liked her best.

You know, I used to think differently about Heigl as well. I thought it was refreshing that she didn't keep her mouth shut. I think that every actor has a right to speak it out loud when he's not happy with the show/movie that he or she is on. I like honesty much more than the constant "oh-our writers are the best on tv , while cast & crew are like family"-interviews that most actors give. Therefore I don't think it's that bad of her to speak her mind.

But I think she has been one major drama queen throughout the show's run, always demanding and demanding that it's all about her and I also think that the producers always tried to live up to her demands, but she still kept demanding. So I think there is some major diva behavior going on which is why I dislike her.

But of course I could also be just influenced by all these major reports that surround her...

War am Überlegen, ob ich Parenthood gucken sollte, aber weder das Konzept noch die Trailer fand ich sonderlich ansprechend. Das einzige, was mich reizt, ist Lauren Graham (bzw. ursprünglich Maura Tierney), aber das ist mir im Endeffekt nicht Grund genug, also fang ich auch gar nicht erst an

You don't miss anything by not watching Parenthood, really. It's just a lame B&S clone. There is absolutely nothing that differentiates it from other family shows and it'll probably be cancelled pretty soon anyhow. Ratings don't look so good for the show

Caroline Dhavernas in a new show?? I have to look into that now..I will have to see the pilot at least, even if it does turn out to be lame :p

Yeah, Caroline Dhavernas has been cast in a new show. Sadly, it's just the new medical show pilot by "Grey's Anatomy"-creator Shonda Rhimes, where all her talents will be utterly wasted.

Me neither. But we can still hope that the pilot won't be picked up, so that she is free to do other things.
