Why do you play the characters you play? (Or played in Nami's case.)

I play the characters I play usually because I find I can relate to them in some way. I will give the tl;dr version because I can!

Yukari (assuming she counts!), Ema and Nami are all like me in some way (nb4 tsundere) and I find their voices come easy to me because of it.

Another reason for the characters I play are strong voices, whether it be a voice actor or the voice I hear as I read them. Yukari and Nami are both like this, so are characters I used to play like Howl and Azula. In the case of Ema it's her strong emotional features in her sprites that get me interested the most.

Noi on the other hand is something else entirely! I love the character not because I can relate to her but because I think she's the most bad ass female EVER! I chose to play her partially because Sair wanted to play Shin and I love the dynamic between the two and the chance to play BFF to my own BFF was too strong.
