[She's still quite angry and confused, but the fact that he's not staring at her face or her arm helps ease it, if only a little. It's actually off-putting to her that he doesn't seem to find her appearance questionable.]

[Oh he does. He's just a fantastic poker face!! ...Or well, perhaps more accurately, he's following her Shinen. That mass of red is overwhelming, yes, but he can also see flashes of orange. Anyone can can feel like that is human... though what type of human is another matter. Or if they identify as human or- well you get the idea. Anyway.
