I do like your icons, but it always seems like you're copying/imitating some popular icon-makers' style.

I never use your icons because sometimes I feel like there's a little too much going on in them-- I like my icons to be quite simple (for example, I prefer your 4th and 5th icons to your 1st one). That doesn't mean that I don't like them, though. On the contrary, I think you're one of the icon makers whose icons I envy because you're so good at putting textures together and making them work.

Your use of textures and some of your croppings are amazing. I love your icons to death, and the fourth and fifth ones jump out at me right off the bat. Lovely use of colors. ♥

I love your use of cyan so much. All I can suggest is that you ease up on the textures sometimes to focus on color, because it's really beautiful (I especially like 4 and 5 of this group).

I like your more recent batch of icons but what I can say is that the white bar and text in the third icon doesn't go with it. It makes me lose appeal really. That style works in certain icons like for the sixth icon you have here but it doesn't work for the third one in particular.

I really love your coloring but the blue/cyan feels like it's being overdone sometimes (like icon number four).

Seconding the coloring love, but I also tend to think the skin for some of the characters is a bit pale/washed out. Like on the first and second. Otherwise, I really, really like your icons!

I actually really like the skin contrast, but sometimes the shadows can be a little too red. Other than that, I really really like your coloring. :)

The textures are really too distracting for most of the icons. I feel that the fourth icon looks kinda off with his face being...somewhat distorted/faded. I'm unsure if that's the cap itself or something you put on. Whatever the case may be, it doesn't do Malik any justice. For typography/text...maybe you should experiment a bit more? The glow-effect on the eighth icon grabs my attention more than the icon itself.

I like number nine though and the others seem alright.

Mm, yeah, in #4 it's part of the cap. XD; #8 is actually one of my older ones (which I'm still rather fond of, hence why I included it); lately it's gotten to where I don't use a lot of text on icons anymore. And I do admit I have a tendency to go a little crazy when it comes to textures... :X;

I really, really like your cropping. But I think you overdose a little on textures too, especially the scratchy one in #3. Also, while I love the crop in #4, it's a little over saturated for my taste.
