I wonder how that compares to what people said about Stanton and Anthony a century ago. "Sure they make a lot of noise, but they still can't vote." Perhaps a century from now the environment will be more of a political issue than it is today and people will look back at the founders of the Green Party movement in the same way that we consider the early suffragists. Or perhaps no one will remember her and she'll be a footnote in the history books.

people knew who Anthony was
She was out there speaking everywhere
maybe nor so much Stanton - she was home with the kids
but she was writing

who's Jill Stein?
I know about Green - nice idea
but i don't recognize her name
she doesn't represent Green to me
She's not getting a spot on Rachel Maddow
