Also, making the drinker sweeter and gentler as a wolf isn't really a good thing. The wolfsbane potion lets the werewolf keep their human mind. You don't need to adjust their personality any (unless they're an asshole like Fenrir, I suppose). This is just needlessly drugging Remus.
