Good grief. I'm going to say that the concept is something I wanted to explore with the HP universe and other fandoms, at least the technology angle, but this... I went and read the story. The entire thing is confusing beyond belief. I also don't think the writer doesn't realize how complex of a story idea they're working with and that they can't just throw it together. Talk about tricky subject matter here.
