Wow, that was painful. My favorite part is probably when Susan (who didn't fire her bow at all in the first book) fired a warning shot at Scorpius for being rude.
chocolate is brown, not blue. I have no idea what this is supposed to be saying.
Also, you don't just randomly show up in Narnia for a week and then disappear. You come to Narnia for a purpose, for a reason, and you leave once that is done, typically by your own free will.
The fic is confusing and absurd by half. Susan asks Scorpius to believe, but it never says what he's supposed to believe in.
Since Victoria and Lily got there because they "believed" that Narnia existed, then that must be what the Suethor is referring to. However... anyone who has READ the books knows that Narnia doesn't exist in this time frame so it is impossible to go to even IF you believed in it. And then there is Eustice who didn't believe and ended up there. No... Narnia calls a person for a reason, none of this "if you believe" garbage.
Also, you don't just randomly show up in Narnia for a week and then disappear. Except then the writer would need an actual plot, instead of Scorpius and Susan spending a week exchanging passive-aggressive glances, then whining for years (decades, in Susan's case) about how they'll never see the other again.
so as far as I can tell, he meets Susan while she was queen during the epiloque of the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. He leaves, she continues all of her adventures from the end of LW&W as well as Prince Caspian without any change, except instead of going home with the others at the end of Prince Caspian she gets teleported through time and space to be with Scorpius.
Narnia's got a timeline of its own anyway so I can understand Scorpius coming to Narnia at the time Susan was queen, but then the rest of it with him going into the 1940s and then Susan travelling into the future just makes zero sense.
Except we're thinking of it in terms of Harry Potter existing as a third and separate world. I think the Suethor's has only seen the movie and the logic here is that Scorpius and Susan are time traveling and not just traveling to different worlds. And then you have the question of how Victoria and Lily know that such a place as Narnia exists.
"Who is she? He has met only a few of the girls here since he arrived, Luce. Surely, it can't be Melinda, or Angelica or, or…Jacinth?" The suggestion seemed to disgust her, a shudder of revulsion running through her form. Two things to note here. First, assuming this is taking place during the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, there are no other humans in Narnia. Secondly is this shudder of revulsion. We never actually meet Jacinth or the others. They never even come up again. So this bit of knowledge that Susan the Gentle is openly repulsed by one of her subjects is both random and pointless.
But didn't Queens need Kings too? Ignoring that she rules with her brothers and sister, and already has two kings, this entire thought is pointless, given that Scorpius is leaving in a few days.
This is a common mistake for the fanfic writers who haven't read the books. I actually don't understand why fandoms like CoN, LotR and HP have book and movie world labels. Manga and Anime don't have manga and anime labels unless they are considered actual AU story lines to each other. While there are a few people who use the "movie" label for other purposes, those who use the movie world label tend to do so because they don't want to be called out for the mistakes they've made. Since the movies AREN'T an AU of the books, there shouldn't BE a label.
Actually, Pokémon has several differences between the games and the anime. How you get your first Pokémon, how battles work... But I see your point and I agree with you. :)
And don't forget the Manga, which has a completely different story line from the Anime. I think Pokemon is an example of how those tags are SUPPOSED to be used.

And trying to figure out the messed up timelines is making my head hurt.

And dear god, she may be the Gentle, but I really hope Susan skewers Scorpius. Little beast.
