I have no idea where the link is now, but I read an NSYNC/HP crossover. Not kidding. Apparently Lance Bass has/had a ferret. Well, Harry and Ron turn Draco into a ferret and well... yeah. It was short and not really all that obnoxious. Felt kind of bad for Draco.
Everything I have previously believed has just flown out the window as I am tempted to hunt down a purple dinosaur and have him for dinner. Must . . . go . . . vomit . . .
I personally think Harry Potter/Charmed crossovers are just awful. When I went to find a nice little fanfic for you, however, I came across a HP/Charmed/Sabrina the Teenage Witch crossover, and I had to modify my previous statement. Definitely the worst thing I've ever heard. Unfortunately, every time I try to click on one of the links to these fics, The Pit of Voles tells me that it has been deleted. Hmm . . . I wonder why . . .
Agreed. I used to like Charmed, in its first three seasons. The fourth season was awful, so awful that I had to stop watching before I sporked my eyes out for good. Crossing anything that bad with HP is an insult to J.K. Rowling. Throwing Sabrina into the mix only makes it worse, as she's another good show gone horrifically bad. Not to mention StTW is a comedy, whereas HP and Charmed are definitely not.
Also, they are very different types of magic, and that would take a lot of explaining and thus a lot of bad narrative writing.
If I report my own HP/Shoujo Kakumei Utena story, will that be in bad taste? Or just weird, because while the elements of Utena are obvious, they're not overpowering the story?

That's true. They're both a different kind of magic and world.
